Please note that garments are not subject to exchanges if they are damaged while trying on. Please ensure accurate sizing is chosen. If an item feels like it does not fit please do not force it otherwise it will damage the item and we will not accept exchanges on it.

Yes, all of our swimsuits have padding but you can take out the padding if you don’t like it.

Yes, some products will come back in stock. Please check back on the site or contact our team at info@jaydaswim.com.au to find out about product availability.

If you believe you have received faulty or incorrect item please email us at info@jaydaswim.com.au prior to returning your item.

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in stock and will be expected at a later date. The estimated arrival for our pre order items are displayed on our product page, this is just an estimate, if there are delays, you will be notified. When you submit a pre-order, it is treated like a normal order and you will be charged for your item/s and shipping and the order will be sent to you once it arrives in our office. For any orders that include a variety of items (pre-order and current stock items), they will be shipped separately so you will receive what's in stock first. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
